At the beginning of the project, our team coordinates with customer personnel and other team members to establish the most suitable web-based platform to house and communicate all project data from initiation of entitlements, planning, and concept level design to final design, construction, occupancy and project close-out. Versar documents and tracks the entire project from the initial meeting through final accounting.

Our project controls include a comprehensive QA/QC program, a risk reduction program, a cost and schedule control program, and a value-engineering program—all designed to ensure the highest level of satisfaction for our customers.
