For many environmental projects, successfully navigating from concept to implementation requires consultations with regulatory and resource agency representatives; community groups and associations; other interested parties; and the public. Versar staff members are skilled at facilitating planning and decision-making activities to obtain constructive input from all stakeholders. We work with our clients to develop appropriate communication mechanisms, including web sites, surveys, brochures, and stakeholder input meetings to provide information and obtain feedback. Our experience shows us that stakeholder involvement is critical to watershed planning projects, environmental impact assessments, risk assessments, and natural resource management projects. Versar has earned an excellent reputation as objective arbiters of contentious natural resource issues because of our stakeholder engagement work.
